She adds value to our clients through innovation, leadership and strategic planning as well as her extensive experience in Federal Grants Management and her successful track record for the past 19 years.
She has developed innovative learning and leadership projects in the areas of education, social services, and health as former executive director for the Chana and Samuel Levis Foundation and Sapientis. Rivera-Hernández spearheaded projects and programs sponsored by a diverse array of funding sources, including federal and local government, foundations, corporations, and individual donors. Her leadership has been instrumental for local recovery efforts and social impact projects, especially after Hurricanes Irma and Maria. An active leader within the community with a strong network and solid reputation. Rivera-Hernandez continuous search for excellence and innovation motivated her to complete professional certifications in Design Thinking Consulting and Social Media Coaching which translates into a competitive edge for your organization.

Ernesto Villarini-Baquero, MBA
Senior advisor in economic development and executive management with over 18 years of experience leading successful organizations. His expertise includes impact investing, grant writing, and strategic planning activities for non-profits and social enterprises.
Villarini-Baquero is a dedicated professional serving at various committees and boards, such as Consultiva Wealth Management’s Investment Strategy Committee; the Association for Finance Professionals, Puerto Rico chapter; and the Bosque Modelo de Puerto Rico Trust. He’s also a Registered Investment Advisor for Consultiva Wealth Management and an Entrepreneurship Fellow at Babson College.
Villarini-Baquero holds an MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. His passion for socially motivated enterprises has inspired him to pursue a Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in Non-profit Finance.
Zildalee Díaz, MBA
Business administration professional with 20+ years of experience with nonprofit organizations. Vast experience y managing and administering projects with a focus on accountability, business intelligence, data management and social networks. Zildalee has a master’s in business and digital marketing, and has completed professional certifications in conflict mediation, educational technology and distance education. Her certification in Social and Emotional Learning from the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) at the University of Illinois, in Chicago, stands out among these.
Social Work professional with over 25 years of experience in non-profit organizations in the areas of health, housing and education. She's a well-rounded professional whose career has taken her from direct service, supervision, management and administration to executive management.
She brings a vast experience in program design and direction, grant writing, implementation and evaluation from her experience in various organizations. Her commitment and dedication becomes evident as she completes her doctoral studies in research and social policy at the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Puerto Rico in Río Piedras.
